This is a nice property. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are also professional and attentive at the reception and in the restaurant. The best hotel in the city, in my opinion.

The staff was amazing. I was picked up at the Poltava bus station by an apartment staff member and taken to apartment with a thorough walk-thru. The apartment owner (Alex) is engaged with his customers and is focused on providing the best service and on how to continuously improve. It was a great value for the price and within walking distance of several nice restaurants and parks.

The location is very good, the room is comfortable and clean.

Stay was nice, everything was clean and tidy. Nice decoration etc. Room was small but cosy. Real good soundproofing was definitely a plus. Location is quite, but it's right in the city center

White clean and organized. Convenient locker under the beds and the curtains make the bed and private sanctuary. They granted my request for an extra pillow. And they allowed me to stay after check out to cook some meals and to store luggage for a few days for no charge.

Everything, pretty much; it's a complete facility, very thoroughly and well renovated, that offers also some additional services, like a sauna. The staff was welcoming, and the check in and out we're smooth. The room was big enough, the beds seemed new and were very comfortable, the sheets extremely clean, a towel was also included. There was a small shelf (cleaned from dust!) with power plugs and a light close to the pillow. Curtains as well for every bed. The bathrooms were big, fully-featured (with ample hangers, which is a thing I particularly appreciated) and very clean. The shower was big, it had a wide and new shower jet; the water was hot and everything worked.

Place is clean and receprion totally used to help at any time. Quiet. Near to city centre (car). Free tea and microwave.
