The hotel was clean and tidy. The room included a love seat sofa which was a plus for us. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel owner was friendly and even gave us great hiking tips and info on a couple waterfalls in the area considering the weather was rather poor. Would stay again.

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the food and the comfortable room. We didn’t get to use the pool but I heard some people sitting next to us with kids said it was great. The breakfast was really good and the staff very accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The bathroom was very top notch and the shower was amazing.

This North Conway hotel offers free internet and individually decorated rooms that include a fireplace, and seating area. Cranmore Mountain Resort is 3 minutes’ drive.

This is the nicest hotel/inn in North Conway (and I’ve stayed in most of them over the years)! The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and renovated with classic fixtures that are solid and function perfectly (great water pressure, lots of hot water), ac is quiet works perfectly, wonderful location, lots of parking. We will definitely be back!

Just a 10-minute walk from the village of North Conway, the Colonial Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and a picnic area. Cranmore Mountain is 2.1 mi away.
