This property is very classy and very beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view room is amazing. Overall great place to stay!

The hotel is very nice and the rooms were lovely. The gym was also well equipped. The facilities in the room were great. Huge TV and in the general the room was very big compared to other places we stayed. I had one issue but the staff fixed it immediately. Much appreciated.

The hotel staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly, the room was large and clean.

Beautifully decorated hotel with sophisticated bar area overlooking the pool. Bedrooms are very good. A 20 minute walk from city centre and Broadway, fine in the daytime, not so good at night.

The interior lobby is beautiful

Great lounge, great space in the suites. Good size TV. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Pet friendly. Nice to have a pet area for walking inside the parking structure.

This light filled comfortable apartment was perfect for us... and we are in our 70s. Management promptly attended to a couple of issues we had upon arrival... and this was greatly appreciated. The building itself is magnificent, and the location was within walking distance of the attractions we wanted to see.

First the staff of sentral SoBro is fantastic. Answering and solving any problem immediately and efficiently.. it is very clean. The rooms and beds are wonderful and there is everything you need .great gym. Wonderful pool. Beautiful meeting or sitting room on pool level to meet outside of the room or to be alone

It had everything we needed and was close to where we wanted to be.

Clean, friendly service, nice breakfast. Perfect airport stay. Shuttle still available at 1030pm.

For the price it is the best stay I've had while traveling around America so far. The beds are very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the pool plus Jacuzzi where very nice.

I loved this hotel. It has everything that you need. Good security to rooms. Great breakfast, In house beer and cider taps, rooms are spacious, cleaned each day, shuttle to the city and back. Excellent

Once I arrived Annie made everything better. She listened to my problem, provided compensation and stated what would be done to hopefully rectify the situation. I’m not sure what the outcome was but she made me feel heard and valued and that meant a lot!

Was close to Broadway with shuttle service to and from. Great bars and entertainment in walking distance.
