Brand New Hotel, Extremely Professional & Friendly Staff, Rooms are Spacious, Free Parking on Site, In-House Gym, Close Proximity to the US Side Water Falls (approx 10mins Walk) Overall Loved the Comfortable Stay at a very reasonable cost compared to other competitors in surroundings.

Personnel was very welcoming. We asked for a plumbing service and it was provided promptly. Hotel was very centric, well mantained and the room very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Everything was great - the place was extremely clean when we arrived, and the location is so close to Niagara Falls, approximately 10 minutes of walking to the tourist area, and just across the street from a major casino. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with.

Close to the Niagara Falls state park and rainbow bridge to Canada. Amazing and friendly host who gave me very detailed information about the area and things to do! Great value, nice rooms and fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast was great! There was a self-service waffle iron and the waffle batter they gave makes such nice and airy waffle. Both the blueberry and the non-blueberry batter tasted good. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities I expected. The room was spacious and comfy. There’s free coffee and tea at the reception, it was thoughtful of them to include a decaf option. Overall, the impression I have is this hotel pays attention to small things that makes you happy. Will recommend!

It is close to all the shopping

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, but what really made my experience unforgettable was meeting Diana Cristina Pineda at the front desk during check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. Her warm personality and genuine smile truly set the tone for my entire stay. Diana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to meet someone who treats guests with so much care and respect — she’s an absolute gem and the heart of this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the great accommodations, but because of the wonderful service and the amazing Diana Cristina Pineda. Highly recommended!
