Clean, modern with large rooms

The property was newly renovated. It was in a great location.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Nothing not to like other than what I said below about the sound transmission through the walls at night. I would suggest not to say that breakfast is included, and instead specifically say what breakfast items are available 24 hours. --- Because most people think of breakfast as at least eggs and rolls or toast etc.

The place was spotless clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Centrally located and quiet.

We very much enjoyed our time in this property. The location was very good for access to the Provo and Orem areas. The neighborhood was quite and clean. The house is newly renovated and very well equipped. We appreciated having the house stocked with laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for family dinners. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Staff was amazing .worth every penny!

Unfortunately, our flight was so early we didn’t get to have breakfast, it would be nice if there were a couple of packaged muffins or something you could grab when your flight is at 6 AM

Significantly better than staying in hotels for around the sane price or even a little cheaper.

A clean new property with the best service and great management! A well planned property to accommodate both short and long term stays. I even met Serena the manager of the Vineyard/Orem Utah property, a wonderful young lady.

The property key was in a lock box . It had easy instructions and also the property owners sent a text to explain everything . They were great to work with and helpful.

The front desk staff checked in the person before us and it took a bit but she never deviated from helping her.

Room condition is good. Staffs are kind. Food is good. Bus station is close. I really love this place.
