Good off street parking spot. Spacious updated kitchen with lots of counter space. Double vanity in bathroom provides plenty of counter space. Bathroom was clean and updated. Hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave and oven available. Mini splits for air conditioning worked great. 1.5 miles from downtown. Seemed like a safe neighborhood, with a couple oddities listed below. Some condiments, pots/pans, dishes and coffee supplies on hand. Bedrooms are good size. One bedroom has a closet of good size and a full size bed, the other bedroom does not have a closet and has a queen size bed. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash on hand. One face cloth, one hand towel and many bath towels on hand. Linens, pillows and blankets provided. Apartment was clean. Mattresses were comfortable, but the full size bed was way to small for my husband and I. The queen size bed was sufficient for the other couple we traveled with. Check-in instructions were very good and accurate.

Location was great. Room was great. I was able to cook for myself which is a priority.

It was away from the strip a nice little place neighborhood not too bad had a nice little patio like everything was new and the kitchen and had a great price for 6 nights

Everything! We’ve had a little bit of hectic schedule of our three day stay, nevertheless we liked absolutely everything. First, it’s an oasis of calm in a city that never sleeps. So, I’d definitely recommend it to families or people who want to get acquainted with the city. The room is absolutely clean and full of different amenities. Very client-oriented. All the communication with reception is easy and helpful. There is a nice shop with everything you need. Monorail is in a couple minutes walking distance- it connects with everything touristic in a city.

Short walk to the Sphere, extensive breakfast options, friendly staff.
