The keys are left in the security office. Easy to take. The host is easy to contact via WhatsApp.
The house is very stylish, has well equipped kitchen. Good thing is conditioner in the living room! TV had Netflix ;)
Swimming pool is small but great to chill.
Be ready that the roads inside Merloth national park are unpaved (except the main road). Sometimes with stones. We had Haval and driving was ok.

United StatesOur 6 nights stay at Kudus Crest was one of our best experience ever. The house is beautiful, clean, with multiple details and features that made our stay unforgettable.
We loved the 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable bathrooms, the well equipped kitchen, the pool, the fire places, the pizza oven.
Ŵe got daily multiple visits of gentle kudus, zebras, limpalas, warthogs, mangooses, all sort of birds and even girafes and we were so excited to be able to feed them. We enjoyed every other day game drives in Kruger since the Crocodile gate is only 20 mn away, but our days at home were just as wonderful.
The house is well equipped with solar PV + Battery bsckup system so we never experienced any power issue.
Thank you Pieter for being so reactive and helpful, we can only recommend this house and don't want to go anywhere else when we come back to Marloth.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!.

South KoreaI had an overall really nice stay at Serenity Du Bois Lodge. I really enjoyed to stay in that 178m2 bedroom that had a balcony where you could see the animals passing around 😄 There was also a public kitchen which was very good because it had multiple fridges, kitchenwares and all the things you want to make your breakfast ☺
The WIFI was okay.
Special mention to the host who was a very nice woman, always there to help and make you feel good! May Jesus bless her abundantly 😊
Btw guys, you can book a safari at Kruger Park directly by the intermediate of the Lodge, they also propose pick up services so ask the host for further information about it.

For self catering accommodation the house was very well prepared and all the appliances, utensils, etc. were available. The location and surroundings was what was expected from a bush excursion, and we were very happy with our stay. We expected the restaurants and shops to be expensive, as the park is not located close to big towns, but it was actually the opposite. Very affordable and convenient. Animals are tame and in abundance.

Perfect location for a family holiday near Kruger Park. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We particularly loved all the animals that came to visit the garden. Friendly service from the hosts.

House was very clean, good location, Marie also spoiled us with lots of cookies, cheese, sweets, also made a very nice potato salad for us to enjoy with the sosaties she bought for us, we were 2 couples on motorcycles and she organised everything we needed for the weekend.
The room upstairs is beautiful with deck and comfortable chairs and also a gas braai if you don't want to use the braai oudside.
Of all the places I've stayed in previously at Marloth, this one is best.
Definitely will visit again.

The entire set-up of the house is brilliant. Apt for 10+ guest. Ideally located near Crocodile Bridge Gate - the property serves the best when it comes to the location, facilities & cost :-) Highly recommended.

This is by far one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in and highly recommend it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, it’s very clean, the location is beautiful and the staff help you sort out safaris, transport etc making for a really relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was a wonderful experience with all the animals, being able to touch and feed them. The facilities were comfortable and very clean. Paul the caretaker is a wonderful man, we had a good conversation with him. Highly recommend Athule and price was also very affordable.
