My stay at The Nest was truly magical And one for the books. I was treated with so much kindness and professionalism by the kind staff. From the time I made my booking, to the day I arrived and was met by a kind driver “Mr George” at the airport and the communication with the hotel staff was clear throughout the entire process. Being a female solo traveler it can be nerve wracking as you never know what to expect. The location is fantastic and theres so much to do close by. The staff is made up of the kindest team who are super honest and so respectful. That really stood out for me. In terms of aesthetics, there’s an amazing flow, I loved the attention to detail. A lot of thought went into the design process and love how sustainable development was incorporated into the design of the property. Pictures dont do justice to how exquisite the place is. The food my goodness I was in heaven. Every single meal I had was so exceptional and the staff at the restaurant are just as meticulous. And the complimentary message mage the experience even more memorable. Such a thoughtful and wonderful gesture in making the entire stay simply phenomenal. I can’t wait to visit Rwanda again soon and will definitely be staying at The Nest. Thank you to every single staff member who went above and beyond to look after me. Bless you all.
