We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very warm and family-friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Staff very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. We travelled for 6 weeks in Europe and they were one of the best. eg Transport advice, bag storage , chilled our wine provided etc , Good location to catch the bus and trains. Easy parking a little out from the centre of Lyon. Outdoor seating on to a courtyard lawn with table and chairs.

Brand new, mini kitchen, great staff. The evening desk clerk delivered extra coffee to my room while we were out to dinner. He arranged the packets into a smiley face on the desk. I was amazed ❤️❤️
