Location is very near to mahabodhi temple. Siddhartha(owner) will give you a home like feeling and staff (chotu) is also so helpful. Hot and cold water flow in washroom is good. There’s a lovely roof terrace, and the room is spacious, linens are perfectly cleaned one. The owner is very kind and helped me a lot with taxi bookings to nearby sides and airport, as well as giving me great recommends in bodhgaya. He also provided me delicious chai and invited me for meal at his home. I would stay here again on a return visit to Bodhgaya.

Room is neat and comfortable. Using TV is not user friendly. Just water kettle with no glasses or tea/coffee/sugar sachets. No default provision of towels and geyser doesnt work in the bath room. On request could use hot water from geyser in the 4th vacant room. A very decent and impressive restaurant but illtrained staff with no awareness of how to attend to breakfast needs of the customers. Mis guiding menu card to complicate further.

Just a 14-minute walk from Mahabodhi Temple and 300 yards from Wat Thai Buddhagaya, Regency Villa features accommodations in Bodh Gaya, with a terrace and a shared lounge.

Very nice stay, the owner is good and welcoming , the staffs were well mannered, helpful and nice, the hotel is spacious, clean, and well maintained, washroom is clean and nice, room is spacious and overall environment is good. Overall a recommended stay.
