I was surprised by the level of comfort and opulence provided at this facility. Everything I needed was provided for from items and equipment at the kitchenet, the reading/workstation was stylishly made, the bed size and beddings was well thought and the choice of lounge furniture was well thought in terms of color and design. Nice apartment in very convenient location near many restaurants and shops. Everything was working well. Very hot water. It faces a small street so it's quiet.

David has built this lodge over the past 14 months, its really quite amazing. It's a quiet area, very few mosquitoes, perfect for resting between safaris. The garden of traditional crops throughout the grounds is interesting. The ecotone is perfect for birding. David is very knowledgeable and kind. He will organize game drives and pick you up from Voi train station. We plan to return in a few months.

With mountain views, Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa is located in Tsavo West National Park and has a restaurant, a kids' club, bar, garden, terrace and playground. Complimentary WiFi is featured.
