We absolutely fell in love with this pension! We stayed during the winter off-season and had the privilege of occupying the most beautiful ocean-view room all to ourselves. The view outside our window was absolutely breathtaking! The room itself was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, furnished with elegant simplicity. The floor heating system worked perfectly, keeping the room cozy and warm throughout our stay. We also appreciated the well-equipped, spacious kitchen where we enjoyed cooking ramen. While the excellent facilities and amenities left us thoroughly impressed, the true gem of this pension is undoubtedly its wonderful host. She was incredibly hospitable, warm, and thoughtful. Whenever we messaged her asking for local dining and sightseeing recommendations, she responded promptly and efficiently. Her recommendations were detailed and carefully curated. The grilled fish and oyster restaurants she suggested offered exceptional value for money. We're particularly grateful for her helpful tips about ferry ticket discounts and luggage storage at the POW Camp. Thanks to her recommendations, our trip was filled with unforgettable memories. We will definitely recommend this pension to all my friends. If I have the chance to visit Geoje Island again, I would absolutely choose to stay here again, and I look forward to seeing the host's warm smile once more. The personal welcome, the atmosphere is lovely. Nice details and artwork and the place really feels like a pension of how you hope it to be. Clean and cozy. I can highly recommend this one.

Quiet location with a view from our room. Easy walk along the water to town. Lovely clean comfortable room. Amazing hosts who helped these English only speakers navigate in a Korean only town. They became friends and we are grateful. Laon on 37 and Tongyeong is a true gem and worth a detour to visit.

The hosts were super friendly and warm — they even gave us extra gifts and snacks. On the second day, we had to change rooms, and they kindly helped us move our luggage. The view was amazing — ocean right in front, ships passing by all day. Very calm and peaceful, perfect for a quiet break away from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was provided, and the fridge was well stocked. They can also arrange a barbecue in the evening for a small fee (you just bring the food). A convenience store is just a short walk away. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay — we’ll definitely come back here if we visit Namhae again!
