Quiet location, very leafy garden, warm hosts, We had spent some days in the East in an upscale resort, so it was nice to get an authentic Mauritian experience as a cherry ontop. Brigette was an amazing host who made us feel like we should have spent more days; she was like the aunt I wish I had. We had to check out at 3 am to catch our flight, and she was awake waiting to hug us goodbye. We loved the place.

Looks like property has been recently renovated and was very nice, pleasant and clean with outdoor kitchen and outdoor sitting area. I did order meal and it was delicious. The hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I highly appreciate all their extra efforts. Because of them my stay turned out to be great.

Everything about the property was above expectations. It is an apartment so we did not expect a restaurant although many were nearby so this is not a problem at all. We had the whole second floor to ourselves, it was spacious and spotless. Host Noel lives above and makes sure to address all questions and concerns promptly. A truly wonderful Mauritius experience. I would highly recommend this.

This place should be called King's apartments by Jay! Spacious and well furnished rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean! Very nice garden which we called "botanic garden" :) Jay and Henry are super friendly. They gave us a run-down on the island and the near area - where to go, what to do etc. Also, 5 minutes by car you can get to the shopping mall - grocery store, bars with local food, etc. We had a really good time there. Highly recommended place to stay. ps. If you came to Mauritius for kitesurfing, Jay will give you good ideas about local spots. His son is semi-professional kiter! Also if you need lessons or kite rental he will put you in contact with the right people.

This was the best night of our stay in Mauritius. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. The hotel offered us complimentary snorkeling and a free glass-bottom boat trip to see the fish. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The surroundings, cleanliness, and location were all impeccable. Overall, this was the best hotel experience of our entire trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
