All the staff were amazing, always smiling and friendly. Hotel is in the central downtown spot, close to everything. Breakfast was very good too.

Great place, situated perfectly. Nice room, and very clean. Staff were friendly and provided guidance on activities. We were finally able to sleep well as the hotel was quiet.

Very quiet place away from any traffic noise. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom with cold shower. Good fan. Meals available. Close to river and walking distance to central Tingo.

The staff was excellent - very kind and helpful. The carafe of hot water to make tea was much appreciated after a long travel day. Although they did not speak English the son was proficient in Google Translate which was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The location was on a quieter street. Everything was as promised.

Terra Premium appeared to be a new hotel. It is located about 10 minutes from the Central Park (Plaza de Armas). There were only two drawbacks: the bathroom and shower area were small (my husband is 6ft+) and there was no fan (the weather was warm and the room got a little stuffy. We opened the window, but that allowed all the traffic noise in!) The staff was wonderful and the service great.
