Amazing place. Staff, food, and location all top notch. Dorm rooms too crowded, not much space between beds but you make it work for the price. Not a party place but easy to make some friends and hit the waterfalls.

All around excellent! Great location, and clean/comfortable place. I have to say Lory was absolutely amazing, so sweet and helpful with everything! When we go back to siquijor we will staying at Gupat! And yes, there is some construction going on...but they are just making the place even better!

Yvette and her teambisan are great hosts. The breakfast is good and the help with the motorbikes is great. The location is perfect because it’s in the outskirts of the noisy San Juan but still very close. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. We spent five nights and were very happy with our vacation there

Had a wonderful stay at La Candura - it was just what I was looking for. Out of the hustle and bustle of town, yet nearby, and with incredible views over the island. The pool is humongous and a great place to relax. The pizzas at the restaurant are super tasty. The staff was all friendly, especially Rose at the front desk who always greeted me by name and was so welcoming and accommodating. I rented a scooter from the hotel which made it easy to explore the island.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kind generosity and hospitality, like we are part of the family.The location was outstanding with a breathtaking sunset and a few steps from some of the best snorkeling of our trip (free snorkeling gear).
