We received a warm welcome from manager Bris and her mother. The staff and Nii made us feel at home here. The bungalow is very clean, large and comfortable with strong Wifi. The garden is well kept and clean. The vibes are sweet, peaceful and kind. The distance between bungalows gives privacy. At a 5 minutes walk through a garden area with a Japanese restaurant in a romantic setting, you arrive at Klong Prao beach where there are relaxing cocktail bars and restaurants, swim and watch the sunset. The main road offers many restaurants, both delicious streetfood and other options incl. Italian, Korean and Greek. There is a Buddhist Temple across the Seven Eleven. Baan Rim Klong offers the perfect central location to explore Koh Chang by scooter, which Bris rents at a very reasonable price. The Staff is very helpful and extremely kind. I've stayed in and visited many hotels in Koh Chang, this is by far the best and I keep returning. Exceptionally clean, amazingly quiet and peaceful. Wifi is constant throughout the resort. Staff are fantastic and couldn't do more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It doesn't have direct access to the beach but I think this works in its favour, you really feel like you are in the middle of the jungle surrounded by nature. In my opinion, an incredible place and one of the best I've stayed in Thailand. The photos on the website don't do justice to quite how beautiful it is. Highly recommend.

The staff was super helpful in arranging trips and answering questions! Also the animals- the big fluff dog in the front lobby is the BEST welcome committee and the parrots, cats and other dogs in the courtyard were delightful as well. Also- the restaurant across the street is amazing and cheap!

We stayed here for 3.5 weeks with our almost 3-year-old daughter and overall had a very good experience. We were lucky to get room C1 with a sea view, which we highly recommend. The place is very peaceful and the beach is beautiful. The best swimming spot is actually just to the left of the resort where there are steps into the water and it becomes deep immediately. When the tide is high, the water is incredibly clear and the beach feels like paradise. There are also many nice restaurants nearby and a small café close to the resort. Compared to White Sand Beach, which is overcrowded with tourists, this location felt much calmer and much more enjoyable for us.
