It was one of the best stays we had. The host is amazing, friendly, caring, super welcoming. He gave us so many information about the area and Mexico in general. The home made breakfast he served was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Andrea is truly a special and wonderful host! She was so warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the house decor and artwork made us feel both right at home and truly in a local place, and we ate well between local restaurants and the lovely fruit, coffee, and snacks provided here. She also went so above and beyond to help me when I needed to see urgent care for an injury — driving me to a clinic and translating for me. She was as thoughtful and helpful as a friend would have been in the circumstances and I so appreciated it! Visit Ch'ejum bungalow now!

We had a wonderful time at Sabina’s place. It’s located right outside the centre and a stone’s throw away from the beach, making it the perfect location for our family. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. It’s spacious and stays cool during the day. Sabina is a wonderful host who is happy to help out. Would definitely want to stay here again if we come back to the island.

The value and location of this stay is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had comfortable beds and even WiFi and television. We had included breakfast that was perfect. The coco bread is amazing. We also had dinner on the property and it was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Breakfast is scheduled in perfect time to eat before the short 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza. This stay perfectly met our needs.

Beautiful villa, great location. Manuela was amazing! Gave us great recommendations and communication was flawless. The villa is spacious and has everything you need. The bedrooms are very private and the beds are comfy. The washer-drier combination is very convenient to use if you stay longer. Everything was sparkling clean

Everything was amazing. One of my favorite Booking experiences. (and I travel a lot). Thank you Tanya & Fernando for hosting us. You were the best hosts ever. Tanya was so easy to communicate over WhatsApp. She picked us up at the Ferry and gave us rides to the grocery store and downtown. We hired her husband Fernando for a scuba refresher and cenote dive. He was awesome and we want to come back and dive with him again! The bungalow was so clean and spacious! It's bigger than it looks in the photo. The kitchen was perfect with all cooking supplies and coffee french press. There is a fresh clean water dispenser, the shower water gets hot. The private balcony was perfect for eating breakfast. We did need to rent a car to get around the island and also because the bungalow is a few miles away from downtown into the jungle, but driving around was easy and we felt so safe and protected in the jungle. Sorry we had to leave early! The wind caused the ports to close so we were not able to dive off Cozumel, so we went back to Playa early. We definitely will come back to stay with Tanya & Fernando. (And Fernando- thank you for taking us on that AWESOME centote dive with your friend. It was my favorite experience- you guys were so safe and had an awesome chill professional fun vibe! Tanya thank you for the photos!). I am telling ALL my friends about this hidden gem and Adam and I will return someday and dive with you guys more!
