Perfect laid back beach getaway. Rooms have A/C and fans. Very nice to have a porch with chairs or a hammock for siesta too. The restaurant was great too for all meals (and drinks :-) at a table under the deck or on the sand.

3rd visit to this fabulous property, clean spacious cottages , welcoming friendly staff and the food was great too . Well looked after with beer service to our loungers in the sunshine on the beautiful beach , wot more would you need . Will definitely return again

Great location with an awesome beach view. We had an issue with AC in our room, and the staff instantly upgraded our room to another with better conditions.

Location definitely. The huts were well maintained and clean which is a big plus. Have stayed in many huts in south goa but cleanliness was always a compromise for the price but Sea Front beach huts was one of the cleaner ones. Would prefer this stay next time as well.

A cozy getaway from the hustle of citylife , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sealand. The place was neat and great hospitality by Tushar and the team. The perfect meaning of a beach vacation... The location of the stay being at Patnem beach was chery on top much better than the other crowded beach options. Will definitely be our go-to place when in Goa.
