The owners of the camp were really friendly and helpful, they picked us up on the street (the entry to the dessert) and guided us to the camp. The street to the camp is a little rough but it’s doable with a normal car. They welcomed us with some delicious tea. We did a 1 hour camel ride for sunset. Dinner has also been really delicious.

We had a good time. This is in the middle of the Sahara, with plenty of dunes nearby, camels resting in the distance, and a clear sky that allows us to see the stars beautifully. After dinner, an authentic song by the Berbers who run the place around the campfire. I did enjoy it a lot.

The camp is perfectly situated on the edge of the dunes. The adobe rooms are better than tents because they are cooler during the day and warmer during the cold nights. The staff was fantastic, cooking excellent meals and playing drums and singing around the campfire at night. Hamsa, the guide and driver did an excellent job.
