CanadaThe host took care of every detail to make sure our baby was comfortable — from providing toys to even a baby bathtub. He also explained everything about the accommodation with great patience and clarity, and was very understanding when we had issues with our credit card while trying to withdraw cash and pay.
Both he and his wife were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help.

Daichan is a great host! He was really helpful on the organisation of our trip on Yakushima Island. He has created 2 booklets with his family about all the best from the island including the ways of getting there with the public transport (which was SUPER helpful as the buses don’t run that often). The yurt are really comfortable. AC has a separate cost of 100 yens per 2 hours but otherwise fans are included in all tents. All the installations were really clean.
