I've never done a camping accommodation ever before and this was an excellent experience, I met some very cool people with a vast knowledge of where to go and what to do. It far exceeded any hotel where nobody wants to talk/chat. This was a great place, and I'll bet a very tough place to get into in high school was season. I will definitely be back. 3/3 Excellent

We stayed in a little Chalet in Camping Gallina Varja. It was small but really all you need. In the morning we were woken up by sheep grazing around the house. There are animals all around such as dogs, cats, frogs, donkeys and cows. The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful. We can highly recommend having dinner there. It was amazing.

Everything is very poor, rather old, dilapidated, and dirty. There are plenty of old trailers in poor condition all around, which makes the whole place look very bad. The man at the reception doesn't speak a word of English and gets offended when you say anything to him. The staff doesn't respond to any information from customers. I reported that the fan in the tent was damaged. Everyone kept sending it back to each other, and still no one addressed the issue for five days. No one seems to care that such damaged equipment could burn down the entire tent. The only positive thing about this place is the surroundings; the rest, unfortunately, is a negative.

We liked the place: it is a mobile home, generally in quite a good condition. The neighboring mobile homes were about 15 meters away so we had enough privacy. This place has air-conditioning, which is important since the area is hot and humid, even at night. Also, the windows have mosquito netting---again, an important item. The place is close to the nearest beach (Chevanu) and one could perhaps even simply walk down there---were it not for the heat. It just takes a couple of minutes by car though and parking is free. The sandy beach has no amenities but the swimming is nice and there are some pretty stone formations sticking out from the water and one can swim to them and climb on them. Upon our arrival we were not able to reach the phone number given to us by Booking---it turned out the person was no longer working there. Fortunately, the lady at the reception desk of the neighboring campground was very nice and called the right number for us so that somebody picked us up. The staff speaks English and they were helpful. One interesting/exciting thing: there are a lot of feral pigs running around the premises at night---and I mean like dozens! Our kids enjoyed chasing the poor animals around and we were just hoping that the chasers would not switch roles with the chased...
