Campgrounds in Bled

We don't rate often. Almost never over 8, since 9 and 10 are for when a place gets it really right. This place did. At a price point of places much less impressive. To those whom this matters, they have their own AC EV CHARGING STATION with Mennekes type 2 plug. 1. Location: It is about 1km from edge of lake Bled in direction of lake Bohinj. So you can walk but part of the road is not necessarily pedestrian friendly as it lacks a sidewalk. Not sure if there is public transport. It is next to main road but far enough to be quiet. Lovely garden with large pavilion, tables and barrel shaped glamping units next to a pond. Very pleasant. 2. Building and room: It is a completely renovated historic house. Everything in it is new and of high quality. Furniture, utensils, even oil, vinegar.. in guest kitchen in ground floor. There is a washer and a dryer in adjacent laundry room. Tastefully equipped with a pleasant vibe. Nice for larger gatherings also. Just very very cosy. Room was nice, bed comfortable, thermostat worked as intended. All needs met or exceeded. Need to give those barrel glamping units a try sometime but rooms are so nice that maybe not yet during first next visit. Later.. 3. Vibe: Excellent mix of traditional and contemporary architecture, interior design.. Loved.it. Ended up persuading another couple to come over also. Had a blast. They took the larger unit at top floor. A bit of overkill, since it can sleep 4+ but they loved it. 4. Host: Wonderful. Extremely accommodating, pleasant, helpful, lots of tips. Can tell she put a lot of effort into this and is rightfully proud. 5. Value. I genuinely think this the best value in this region. Just abundance of quality touches coziness, excellent starting spot for all surrounding areas.. I can't imagine anyone not being extremely pleased here.

The location is amazing and you have everything you need there.

The cabin was very cozy with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host, Alma, was the most welcoming and warm individual we've met with genuine interest in our trip and well-being. It is a nice farm with both cats and chickens roaming around, which we found to be lovely. The cabin is also isolated enough that you have your privacy. It is located nicely within driving distance of popular highlights and some magnificent hikes in the national parks.

Bathroom, kitchen, fire place... There is a nice coral with horses. Always have hot water on the showers. Gas stowes are nice.

Perfect host , restaurant , hospitality, for Childrens was surprise - swimming pool and friendly chickens, horses and garden . Perfect and calm place .

Big space for yourself with a big garden full of toys of the owner's kids, three cute goats and a lovely pony you can pet. The house is really charming with a very nice fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. Nice newly renovated bathroom with sauna and big shower outside the main house (toilet inside). River where you can dip and refresh a few meters from the house
