Pleasant stay, great breakfast and tea, nice common areas. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. Loved riding jeep car in a front seat, meeting Miracle the camel and having my final lunch at the kitchen the most. Would recommend to ask for extra blanket in advance if you’re traveling during winter time. Hopefully I’ll be back there one day! P.S. ask for hiking recommendations nearby, you’d love it!

I was with my family seven of us heading to wadi rum we were visiting from United States of America ,We made our reservation they confirmed that then after that when we were close by they told us that there is a jeeps 4x4 that we have to pay for it And there is breakfast that we have to pay for it But I did told him that I don’t need any of that they kind of forcing you to buy their package because the prices they have on booking app it’s all fake So they waste my time they messed with our plans when I came there is no place there is no space all full because I rejected to pay for stuff that I don’t need and nobody mention on the booking app they told me okay the price will go up to 170 per room And I did booked three rooms Was horrible experience they are scammers just watch out just some scammers I don’t recommend them at all. Be careful when you go to these places cause all what they want take all of your money. and rip you off.

Our stay in the Wadi Rum Desert Heart camp was awesome! It exceeded my expectations in all ways. Communication with Haitham was good from the beginning. The whole day tour with Omar was great. He showed us real desert, we had lunch, rest, lots of fun. We really enjoyed staying in this camp to see the beduin way of life. Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon again.

The host is super nice and generous. Great location - allowing us to drive our rental car right up to the camp. Staff is helpful and very kind. We had a fun jeep tour. Room is spacious and clean. Excellent view of Wadi Rum. The dinner was delicious and super filling. There are a ton of options and it is delicious

This was a highlight of my trip to Jordan the camp is so beautiful and well maintained and the family who owns it and all their staff were amazing… helpful friendly and so warm. The dinner was excellent and I also booked a desert daylight tour and the evening campfire experience and they were wonderful.
