I loved how clean and new it was and the location is perfect! So many restaurants and things are in walking distance. Even though the pods were smaller than a private room they were very well made and beautiful. The textures were great and it had a nice amount of privacy while in the pod. The staff is friendly, the bathroom is perfect too.

I had a really comfortable and memorable stay at Lifein Cheonggye in Myeongdong. The hotel is unmanned, but everything was smooth and easy—from check-in to the overall experience. The location is also very convenient, especially if you enjoy walking around Myeongdong and nearby areas. One thing I really appreciated was how responsive they were to my concern. I’m quite sensitive to heat, and even though it was around 1°C outside, the heated floors made the room too warm for me. I actually prefer a cool breeze when sleeping. I was initially worried because the listing mentioned no windows, but I reached out—and thankfully, they allowed me to open one. That small detail made a huge difference in my comfort and sleep quality. If you’re someone who enjoys a warm and cozy room, especially during winter, you’ll definitely love their heated floors. But if you’re like me and prefer cooler air, don’t hesitate to communicate with them—they’re accommodating. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. It felt simple, quiet, and just right for resting after a long day exploring Seoul. I would definitely stay here again.
