The staff and hotel were great. We could not have asked for a better experience. We arrived for our honeymoon to a room upgrade. There were not many people when we stayed so we didn't have to wait for anything. The restaurant was great. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely return. We made day trips to Mt Rushmore, Custer, Badlands, and Devils Tower.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. The building and decor is stunning and very upscale. Our room was small but very quaint and quiet just as I expected. Loved it!
