Great little cabins tucked away from the main road. Close to a very good cafe. Basically at a crossroads to go up either side of the island.

Sunny Beach was a good location. From outside the apartments looked like nothing special but when you walk inside you realise how nice it is for budget accommodation. A very big clean space equipped with everything you require. Luckily we stayed here when we encountered 36 hours of torrential rain. Access to Netflix & other movies. Niki was away at the time but his extended family made sure we were okay & we had everything, they even offered to drive us to the market so we didn't get wet. Once the weather cleared there were pushbikes & paddle boards etc to use. Also everything you need was close by. Meeting the family as well as Niki when he returned was really was one of our highlights staying on Aitutaki.

On beach huts with beautiful views west. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Solid breakfast. Good value for money this is a budget option - some people’s trip advisor reviews suggest far too high expectations. It’s quiet and mostly clean and you can swim at any tide. They are investing in the property have rebuilt 4 of the balconies and have a team of gardeners in every morning.

On beach in clean cute beach hut decor was bright and stunning. Had everything we needed and happy with air-conditioning. Balcony overlooking beach and sunset and sunrise was amazing.

The beach huts were ideal for couples who wanted to relax and enjoy the water, the air conditioning system worked very well. Staff were very helpful and the view was beautiful.
