This was my favorite place to stay in Colombia so far. Just a few minutes walk from the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona, and it’s really in the nature. Laying in a hammock with a view of the mountains was a great way to unwind after two days hiking in the park. The room was clean and comfortable. Linh is a great host. I would have happily stayed longer.

I loved living in this hostel. The owners are special people, really. Gladis is an excellent cook, and she adapted her cooking for me since I am vegan. She prepared delicious healthy food, and putted a lot of effort to make it every day different. She is also a very good artisan creating beautiful bags and wallets They have a dog a cat and a funny little boy and she helped us out adopting a dog we found wounded on the streets giving him a nice place to stay and a loving family.

Danny and Justine are doing a great job at the eco-finca and they can help you with anything you may need for your Tayrona adventure, including leaving your bag if you go to explore the park or take a shower when you get back. The pool is large and nice, and there are nice areas to hangout. The other guests and the staff were very friendly as well. Thanks Danny and Justine for your hospitality.

The location is up the hills in Minca and is a bumpy ride to get there, but that is to be expected since you are in nature. Our room was big and spacious and we had an amazing view that was a combo of nature and the city of Santa Marta. They had amazing juices and the food was really up to standards. The tours/cleansing ceremonies that we booked through them were really nice and worth it for the money. We did the fire ceremony, ancestral healing massage and cocao tour with waterfall (lot of walking but worth it!). The staff was very friendly and the property was amazing to unwind and relax. Take note that to get to your room you do have to climb some stairs that are made of rocks but it's totally doable, just not your typical hotel, but again you are in nature and its to be expected.
