It was out of the way, on top of a mountain (it IS part of a ski village after all ) and since it was not ski season, we were only one of a dozen families visiting in the whole town. Every detail was handled with grace and care by our new friends Anna and Marius from the warmest welcome on our arrival, to the comfortable bed in the beautifully appointed fieldstone and timber construction lodge, to the most delicious (locally-sourced) breakfast EVER!!! Bonus, visit Trefor’s cafe a few short blocks walk away for the most wonderful traditional Greek fare. Easily an A++ experience from beginning to end.

Great place, calm scenery, very kind and discrete host. The room was just perfect, better than expected. As soon as we arrived, we were surprised with homemade delicacies, homemade tsipouro and a stack of wood logs ready for the fireplace. I hope I can visit the plane trees again.
