Maura was very attentive to our needs. There was a Loaf of bread on the counter and Milk & Butter in the fridge, and a warm fire prepared in the Living room stove. Additional Firewood already stacked nearby. We also chose to use the Central Heating for about an hour each evening to take the chill off the Bedrooms. Room size, and cleanliness excellent. Beds comfy, a bit softer than my 'Firm' preference but we slept well. Warm duvets, comfy pillows. Kitchen well supplied. Some items left behind came in handy. Coffee and French Press, as well as a water Kettle ready to go. Bathroom clean, shower (on electric heater) was sufficient. Clean towels provided in each room. Dining area if you plan meals but plenty of options to eat out. Our favorite was the Seaview Tavern. Plenty of references for local sites, and a superb binder of 'stuff' about the cottage operation. WiFi descent in Living Room, but didn't reach bedroom.
