Love how tucked away this place is. The interior feels very cosy. Love the wooden interior, the huge beanbag, and the TV has netflix subscription so that's a huge plus. This is our first stay in Japan where we actually spent our time relaxing in the living room watching TV after a long day out. We can imagine how extra cosy it will be staying in during winter. If we could do it differently the next time, we would certainly stay longer here. The drive out from the cabin to Lake Toya and other places is scenic.

Cozy property near lake Toya with everything you need for a short stay. It was pretty cold when we went so this would be perfect in the warmer months with family. Beds were comfortable and the host was kind and gave us good instructions to check in.

This is a great cabin, located well for Lake Toya and with a breathtaking view. It was quiet and private - a lovely getaway retreat. The facilities were great - everything you need and I didn't even have time to use the sauna!

Love the location, very comfortable. About 30 mins Rusutsu for snowboarding. The house got very warm at night, but cracking a window was an easy solution. Futons were comfortable and we all got a good night of rest. Hammocks, trampoline and floor map were all great features. The washer actually washes and dries. We have stayed at other places that say they wash and dry, but it doesn't dry. This place washes and dries and they supply laundry detergent. The bathroom tub is big and perfect way to soak after a full day on the slopes. The owner is attentive, when I asked a question or have a request, it would be answered. Like asking about snow removal, when we returned it was all plowed.

-The wood fire sauna which you have to set up by yourself is a must try experience at least once in your lifetime!! -The mattress were one of the best we had came across! -Mount Yotei just right in front of you the whole time, while in the Sauna or wake up laying on the bed! -Even though is in a camp site but how quiet it was and the private space we had was awesome!
