The owners Anne Marie and John were very warm and welcoming. The room was very peaceful and relaxing and comfortable. They made us a lovely homemade breakfast and ate with us in the morning. We were able to walk around the gardens and see all their deer in the paddocks.

A comfy, homely spot, next time we will book for longer! Everything was lovely and clean with warm floor tiles in the bathroom, Extra touches wow! Being in the 'Lollies' room we spent a bit of time eating a few to many, yum!

We were within walking distance of the market, parks, and downtown restaurants. The nights were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful upon our arrival they accommodated our needs; since we were traveling by bike.

This house is superb! It is in an excellent location, close to parks, attractions, services, grocery stores, gas stations - basically everything you need is close by. The house is very nicely appointed and decorated, and everything is very comfortable. It has a lot of windows and is raised a bit, which makes the views great. We loved our time here.
