When we go to Kolmården Zoo, this is our favorite place to stay. There is a bus stop for the bus to the zoo (420). The owners are very nice. And the horses are awesome.

This place is like a little heaven on earth! The cottage was fabulous, combination of historical elements and modern solutions. We were surprised to discover a small sauna incorporated within the bathroom. Excellent! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The view to the lake from the windows was amazing as the cottage stands on the shoreside close to the water. We all wish we could come in the summer to enjoy swimming in the lake, to go for a walk to see the horses and surrounding area! I do not know if we will have a chance to come again, but if come we will choose this place for sure!
