The hosts were lovely and accommodating. There was a bit of a tough slope leaving the cabin, which my non-4-wheel drive vehicle had trouble with, but the hosts let me park up top and that eliminated any problems for me. The farm fresh eggs straight from their coop were fantastic! Fresh apples and a charming room made my stay wonderful. It was such a warm cozy stay!!!

Our family was very comfortable in the Airport Chalet. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was especially thoughtful that snacks were provided. The chalet is tastefully decorated, and we were very grateful to have a heated garage for our car since we stayed during winter. The location is very close to the airport on a quiet road. Fairbanks is lovely in the winter. We highly recommend staying at the Airport Chalet!

Great facilities and perfect spot to view the Northern Lights. We got lucky with cloud cover and saw the aurora dancing overhead on 3 out of 4 nights.

My sister and I drove to Alaska with our 4 children in 9 days from Vermont. We asked about coming a day earlier than anticipated and they gladly accommodated and let us all stay in one cabin as only one was open. Our husband’s flights were delayed so they let us have a late checkout so the kids could sleep in and play. The kids ran between the cabins and enjoyed playing football in the driveway. There was plenty of dishes and teas and coffees and even some snacks. The kids loved sipping on hot cocoa and apple cider. I e had plenty of water with the provided 5 gallons and they replenished everyday. The beds were so comfortable. It was perfect for our families needs! We showered in town at VIP laundry.
