The setting is beautiful, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The lodge is conveniently located but still private.

The rooms very comfortable and warm with the air conditioning unit quiet when providing heating for the cool night. The room must have been well insulated since the unit did not have to operate very often. The breakfast was exceptional given the price and location was convenient for I95 and the centre of Kennebunk. Staff were very helpful and the host for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Value was exceptional.

Great location. Cute house. Loved the ability to cook, use grill, laundry, walk to town and not pay for parking. Excited there was a beach car to load up our beach gear. Great value!
