Location was perfect. Cozy cabin. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and was very complimentary of the condition. Loved the BBQ, grilled a steak for breakfast on out anniversary.

Situated halfway between Lowell Observatory and Snowbowl, it made for a perfect getaway and basecamp for my family. I loved the high quality Astronomical pictures of various deep sky objects in the rooms, and the snug sitting room in the master was a favorite reclining spot. Multiple lights, many on dimmers, gave the space the perfect ambiance for movie nights.

Kings House Motor Hotel offers free WiFi and a business center. All rooms include a small fridge. Northern Arizona University is a 5-minute drive away.

For someone who is very picky and selective about overnight stays, this stay was amazing and exceeded my expectations! The location and view was AMAZING! It was my partner and I’s anniversary and his birthday for our weekend stay. We had an amazing time and at night time the stars were visible from our private patio. The whole house was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights as well and was very up to par with its cleanliness. The area was very quiet and you could not hear the cars driving by at all being close to the street. It was such a beautiful trip. House was maintained in top shape and house keeping made our bed to perfection overnight and cleaned our room for us as well. Host made us feel very welcomed and at home! Thank you!
