It was fresh and new. Well taken care of. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the bustle of downtown. We were traveling with our dog so being a block away from the off leash dog park was a bonus.

The room was super clean, we came during the wildfires and we did not feel the smoke in the room.. AC was freezing and refreshing.
