I loved the friendliness of the reception and ground staff and all the Rangers. The hospitality was great and the experience felt personal and special. They paid attention to all details. The facilities are welcoming and I love that they have animals roaming around the lodge. I loved the professionalism and how the rangers always keep time and treat you like family. Andrew, Charlie and Kyle were amazing rangers and Dominic, Asa & Lucy were very helpful. I would highly recommend booking a full package experience here.

The staff was very helpful, I got lost but their assistance made so much of a difference . They really made my birthday extra special so I really appreciate their efforts . The kitchen facilities had everything we needed & the chalet was very clean . A big 10/10 from me. The jacuzzi & braai area enabled us to bond nicely cos there is enough privacy for each chalet

Clean, extremely friendly , accommodating and helpful staff. (Special mention to Lerato, front desk and Robert, restaurant). Game ride was also well planned and attention to detail as our comfort was great. Our guide was fantastic!
