Very comfortable, spacious, modern accommodations with breakfast included and dinner options available. The hosts (David & Martina) were very friendly and helpful. Location was central for our travel purposes, and set far enough off the road to make it a very quiet location.

the one bedroom apartment was large - we enjoyed the personal sauna in the bedroom. Nice shared amenities on the property - great BBQ grille area, lounge patio to enjoy the views. quality attention to detail - a new build house so everything clean and crisp. Really appreciated the exterior electric blinds to black out the windows. We drove here straight from an overnight flight into Munich which was convenient off the expressway. A little grocery right there to get supplies. Attentive hosts live on site.

A very clean and well established floor. The stay is only on the lower foot of the building, the rest of the building used to inhabit, but is empty now. The view is great and we enjoyed our privacy. The location is perfect to day trips to Salzburg, waterfall of Golling, Abtenau, and so on, all max 45 minutes. We enjoyed swimming in the stream near Kuchl , just 5 minutes from the house. A bonus was a self made cake by the host, on our day of arrival. The host was very hospitable!
