Great staff, room 17 has a fabulous view with a two sided balcony (lots of steps uphill to get there) it was very clean, boat ride to port was always easy to schedule, good food

Loved the vibe of the property and the look of hotel. The staff was AMAZING very friendly, helpful in every way. Food was the best food I’ve had in Egypt. We didn’t end up eating anywhere else because the food was so good. The view of the Nile was beautiful.

A truly special stay at Assingar Island. Arriving by yacht was absolutely magical — it makes you feel like you’re escaping to your own private island. What’s amazing is that it’s so close to the city, yet once you arrive, it’s super quiet and peaceful. The Nile views are stunning, the Nubian breakfast (the best ever bread in my life plus local omelette is wow) was delicious, and the barbecue dinner was amazing. The staff were cheerful, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. A wonderful experience — will come again for sure, for a longer stay
