The staff were very nice, helpful, and available at all times, including answering extremely fast and efficiently on WhatsApp already when we were on our way to the property. The location is nice, depending on what you’re looking for. We specifically needed to be in Ein Harod and wanted something that would allow us to walk everywhere without using the car much. And for that, it was perfect. We didn’t use all the facilities, but it was very nice to have plenty of hang mats right outside our door. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean, and spacious. And we liked the short walks in nature on the nearby hill, which starts almost right at your doorstep (this is a nice small hill that was the site of an old Palestinian village named Qumya, whose inhabitants fled in the 1948 war, and nowadays its only remnants are the various fruit trees and cactuses that hint at its past life).

Surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, Arbel Guest House features an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. The spacious accommodations has a hydro-massage bathtub and free Wi-Fi.

The apartments were clean, warm, and well equipped for cooking. We booked three apartments and it was more than enough space for a group of 12. The location was perfect too, just a few minutes south of the main city (Majdal Shams). The hosts were also responsive, helpful, and very kind people.
