We really enjoed the location, it was close to the beach and a local park! We were able to get to sightseeing very easily as well. It was close to restaurants and the little city center in Cholpon-ata as well. The host was amazing, he took us to see the Petroglyphs and showed us around the area so we knew where the grocery store and best restuarants were. He is also fluent in English!

I was the first customer from booking, I can confirm the place exists it's clean, comfortable, run by a really nice family. There is a yurt or a dorm option. There is electricity, showers and a small kitchen with foodstuffs. I highly recommend it. Very nice place.
