The place has a lovely private outlook. Parking is up by the owners home but the B&B chalet is set behind and very private. You are invited to sit in the small orchard next to the property and even pick fruit if in season. You have views of the ocean and we listened to this during the night. Continental breakfast was provided and it was lovely. The bathroom is private however in a small building next door to the chalet... all worked out well and we had a very comfortable night here

The outside appearance as we drove in was immaculate and the inside was the same. we have stayed in a few motels in gisborne and this was the best. will certainly stay there again

I really enjoyed my stay at this location...........within minutes Tarquin, Lincoln and Crystal (the management team) made me feel like family, They did a great job of tucking away my bike, showing me around the facility, spending time with me teaching me about kitchen use, open area use and enjoyable things to do around Gisborne.........we will remain lifelong friends after this visit.

Room suite was very large and open. We had separate rooms for sleeping and relaxing. Very comfy bed, quiet location.

Clean and everything you need is at your doorstep. Staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The pool and the garden were absolutely lovely and well looked after.
