This is a lovely place to stay in Geres, not far from the hiking start points - the tourist office is next door and can provide some info on hikes. We were lucky to have met the hosts; who were so very kind and upgraded our room on second night - if available, do book the two bedroom apartment when traveling with kids .

The facilities are in perfect condition, Very well-maintained. The staff is lovely and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. It is quiet and very conveniently located for exploring the region. The continental breakfast was very generous.

Good privacy and quiet. Great view of the valley. Beautifully maintained garden and pool. The house is good for families, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything one might need on a holiday trip. There's a barbecue and a garden table if one wants to enjoy a meal outside. It's very close to the village Ponte de Lima. Maybe a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Great place. The care and attention to detail is obvious. We highly recommend it. The owner was very friendly. Thank you very much.
