Location was great - we got a room overlooking the river. We slept with the window open and it felt like sleeping next to a waterfall :) Also only a few steps away from the main street. Room was amazing - big and so well equipped. One of the best bathrooms we've experienced. Staff was so friendly as well.

We traveled as a family of three the weekend before Christmas, unsure what to expect since the hotel had opened just a day or two earlier. As it turned out, we had no reason to worry. Check-in was seamless, with the staff ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room as a gesture of appreciation for being among the hotel's first guests. The room was spacious and cozy, with an incredible view of the mountains. Room service was prompt, and the staff went out of their way to make our daughter feel special, giving her a tour of the hotel and ensuring she had full access to the expansive play area (which also delighted the video game enthusiasts among us parents). The hotel restaurant, Fismuler, serves a delicious breakfast, and the lunch menu is exquisite. The location is ideal, right in the center of Andorra La Vella, with shopping malls, restaurants, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Getting around is easy too: Uber rides to El Tarter or Canillo are convenient, or you can walk ten minutes to the nearest bus stop. The hotel also runs a shuttle to Encamp multiple times daily. As with any newly opened property, there were a few small rough edges, but the staff's warmth and helpfulness more than compensated. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely appointed rooms, great location, amazing staff!!! We had a problem the morning we were leaving and there were no taxis to take us to the bus station. One employee drove us there personally so we wouldn’t miss our bus. That was definitely going above and beyond to help a guest! It was very much appreciated!

Andorra la Vella is a wonderful spot for mountain hikers and for stopover when hanging around the Pyrenees. I spent 2 days after a business seminar in Barcelona and it was totally worth it. Very beautiful mountainous site and tourist friendly. The paths are easy to trek and family friendly. If you want more relaxing holidays, the city give this opportunity too by visiting the Caldea spa.

A lovely friendly town set in the valley surrounded by mountains offering spectacular views. Bars and restaurants were plentiful and not expensive, gluten free options were good. Main high street was busy at times but offered a great selection, we enjoyed the walk from the church at the top by the river, then down past the many squares.

Andorra is a delight. And a shopping paradise!

Andorra is a delight. And a shopping paradise! The drive in and out through the mountains is challenging but well worth the experience. Be prepared for long walks, but experience the walk up the side of the river to the taps! It's worth it! The restaurant at the Hotel l'isard is amazing. It's food at is best with entertaining service.

Good to see if you haven't seen it before. But not for returning (coming again). Prices in shops similar as in other countries so there is actually no "shopping reason" to come. But if you ski, there are many ski lifts in the area. Nice to see that you still can have a city in Europe with clean streets and without grafittis on bulildings. Staff in shops completely uninterested about the shop visitors - you can wonder around the shop and they will be talking between themselves with absolutelly no interest and no idea to ask customer for assistance

The hotels location is very close to bus terminal. Has a pool which I used once . Has also sauna and a gym . Dining was vey good and varied every night. We had a buffet breakfast and supper every day . The glasses of wine and coffee at bar are only 2 € . Can not beat the prize . Our 4 night stay with buffet breakfast & supper was for the prize was outstanding . Thank you for all the hotel staff for providing an excellent service

It is necessary to walk the area and investigate all the small entrances which open into large shopping units. Same with restaurants and bars. The main areas are for shoppers and for relaxation. Generally a two day visit is sufficient for most tourists at this time of year, May. Andorra is a very sprawling country with many individual areas but La Vella is worth visiting.

One of my best choices! The staff was very polite and attentive, the room was tidy and comfortable, not noisy. The heating was turned on when the temperatures lowered. The hotel has a very good location, it's just about 10-15 minutes walk from the central commercial part and about 20 minutes to the antic centre of Andorra la Vella. And the breakfast was rather versatile with a good choice of meals.
