The property was about three minutes, walking distance from the beach which was great. The actual apartment was brand new, very spacious and big and having your own washing machine helps so much because you didn't have to ask the staff to keep washing your sheets because you could just do it yourself. Very nice staff as well.

The hotel was very close to the beach, which was perfect. The host was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We stayed at Eden Hotel for 6 nights with my husband during the Unum Festival, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything about the hotel – from the location to the service – exceeded our expectations. Even before we arrived, the hotel owner was in regular contact with us, making sure everything was going smoothly and giving us lots of helpful tips about Albania. His warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would also like to give a special thanks to Marsida, who took great care of us during our stay. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. Her positive energy really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect – there’s a clean beach right in front of it, with free sun loungers available. It’s also only a 3-minute walk to the shuttle buses going to the Unum Festival, which is super convenient if you’re attending the event. Cleanliness was also top-notch; everything was spotless and well-maintained. There’s also a parking area, which was a big plus for us. In terms of value for money, Eden Hotel was far beyond our expectations. With its cozy atmosphere and wonderful people, we truly felt at ease. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Shengjin. Don’t hesitate – just book it and enjoy your stay!

Nice new beachside hotel. Fair price / value ratio and great views of the sea from our balcony. Room was very spacious and comfortable, wifi worked well. Parking wasn't an issue and secure in front of the building. Everything is in walking distance, for the beach you only have to cross the pedestrian promenade. Beach beds and parasol are included.
