The hosts are amazing. There isn't a separated kitchen but we could use the hosts' kitchen and they helped us in everything. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. Thr rooms were quiet. Tge place is an ideal location to visit Khor Virap.

I have literally stayed at thousands of properties in my life but this is one of my favorites. Gog and Anna made us feel like family, not paying guests. Gog was quick to help with anything we needed and gave us great travel advice for the area. Anna was a wonderful hostess and a great cook for breakfast. The wifi was very fast. We had intended to stay one night but extended an extra night because the experience was so good.
