They worked tirelessly through the night to resolve all issues, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the circumstances. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff's exceptional culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they prepared incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. Their resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during these challenging times. Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in handling the emergency but also helped us find an alternative route to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support underscored the hotel's commitment to its guests. Despite the hurdles posed by the natural disaster, the team at Dream Hotel transformed a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and memorable experience. Thanks to their exceptional service and care, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Armenia without worry.
