The rooms were very big and clean. It has all facilities. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast you could choose from the menu, it was very tasty.

I was surprised with the decor, cleanliness , pool, sauna, I counted 5 restaurants in one location , near to the city center , jewellery , dental services , museums cultural center, cinéma and churches very near !! The staff were also very kind , helpful generous ! I highly recommend !! ♥️♥️♥️

Excellent choice hotel. Perfect location near the square and sights. Room was small but has everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice spread with fruit cheese and meats and few hot dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was delightful, featuring not only a great variety but also some delicious Gyumri-related sweets, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. On top of that, the staff was incredibly attentive and caring, always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is very convenient, and the room was comfortable. Quick tip - Google maps tells you to turn down the street of the hotel but it is a pedestrian street so just park at Vardanants square, then the hotel staff can help you to the hotel parking.

Location was very central. Rooms were clean. Staff is super friendly. Close to everything. Breakfast was basic but fresh.
