The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It was great value for the price. Mr. Hamo was extremely kind and helpful; he supported us a lot and did his best to make our trip to Yerevan enjoyable.

The room was nice and comfortable for two people. Even though it didn’t have a window, we were still okay with it. I really appreciated Mari, she was very welcoming, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also convenient, just about 10 minutes from Republic Square. There’s a washing machine available outside, free to use, along with complimentary detergent. One small suggestion: adding a small mirror would be helpful, especially for ladies. We’d definitely come back and choose to stay at Mari’s apartment again.

The suite was big and beautiful. It had everything you need. A large living room, a desk, a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The location was perfect. Only a couple of blocks from Republic Square. The staff at the reception was very kind. Breakfast was good and the people in the kitchen, Marina and Ana were very kind. Great value for money.
