Booked a 2 room cabin for the night and could not be happier. Very spacious rooms, lovely outdoor area, super clean and very comfy beds. Had a kitchenette but we ate out in town about a 4 minute drive away. Gorgeous gardens and ponds and birdlife. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Even emailed us to say we had left a ph charger behind before we even got into town for breakfast

Is not a house with a garden, but a garden with a beautiful house. We were delighted with the house and the comfort of the bed. The house is set within a magnificent garden, and the entire surrounding area is an impressive garden. Our only regret is not having stayed more days.

Vanessa was a fantastic host who was very welcoming and took the time to show me how every worked in the apartment and shared her knowledge about the local area. The place was welcoming and so comfortable with a lovely outlook into a garden with lots of birds and wildlife. The location is great being just off the main road in Hahndorf so very quiet and ample off road parking. My only regret was not staying longer.

The location was awesome . with walking distance to town. Great having outdoor area and lots of space for 4 adults. Facilities were fantastic and the place was freshly decorated. Can't fault and would live to stay again!

A good place handy to Handorff, Mt Barker and easy to get to...

A good place handy to Handorff, Mt Barker and easy to get to from Adelaide. As a small village, I did not find too many eating establishments within reach, but the pub provided a fine fare. I was there for the Tour Down Under and it went right through Echuga and past where I was staying.

A lovely place to stay, close but far enough away from the...

A lovely place to stay, close but far enough away from the tourism madness of Hahndorf. A sleepy country town with a great pub....fireplace, good wine and good food. Went to the wetlands in Mount Barker, Hans Heysen Tour in Hahndorf, and Longview Wines in Macclesfield - Echunga was in the middle of them all so a great place to venture out from.

We were greeted upon arrival. Helped with our bags. Shown some of the appliances in the kitchen and instructions on their uses. Christine and her partner we very helpful on the local area and even printed out maps and instructions on getting to places we were interested in. Christine even checked in with us on day 2 to see if we needed anything.

The room was very comfortable and peaceful, with a lovely view from the deck. It had its own air conditioner and a good size TV with Netflix. It was only a short walk to The Hagen Arms hotel. The bed was comfortable but once you put your head on the pillows they flattened almost completely. We made the mistake of not taking our own shampoo & conditioner as we thought they would be provided. Another choice of topping for the toast may also be a good idea. My wife enjoyed the homemade fig jam, but I'm not a fan.
